Interchangable parts from other models
As mentioned above the MK1 Caddy shares a lot of common parts with the MK1 Golf, Scirocco 1 & 2, MK1 Golf Cabrio, & MK1 Jetta
The most closely related is the 5dr Golf & Jetta 4dr, virtually every component from the front seats forwards are interchangable, this includes Trim & body panels (inc the doors). Many parts from the Cabrio & Jetta 2dr can also be used, whereas the Scirocco is limited to the chassis components and & few trim parts, like seats etc.
Note: Everything rear of the doors on the Caddy is not found on any other vehicle.
